There may be two reasons why:

1. Because the Rewards Catalog pops-up in a new window, it may be blocked if you have a pop-up blocker installed on your computer.
  • Go to your browser’s help menu for instructions on how to allow pop-ups.
2. The new window may actually be open but it could be hidden behind the Aftermarket Rewards® Web site.
  • Look at the bottom of your screen in the task bar to see if you have another window open, then click on it to view it.
